Yes, any good size chain music store (Tower Records, HMV, etc.) will have them in a dedicated section usually near anime and game music, as well as anime/nerd stores (animate, etc.). The selection is alright, focusing on newer releases and albums given released nationwide (so nothing fresh from doujin events, different stores will have those). You can still find some older albums mixed in. Any other questions?

I hope the Nyaa release of Bilibili Macro Link VR 2019 has decent audio. The rip on U2 has dropouts every single second.

It's 3 hours and 36 minutes long, and by my calculation it will take around around 36 hours straight to manually delete them all.

So I make youtube videos (no I'm not plugging my channel here, I'm asking as a fan) and I'm getting a new PC that would allow me to make much longer videos in a few months.

I want to make a some long videos detailing the careers of notable vocaloid producers. Some of my current ideas are Deco and Ryo and LamazeP. Something similar to metal mythos, but more focused on singles due to how vocaloid works, and also pointing out how they change the perception of Miku and vocaloid over time.
Are there any big name producers you guys think are particularly interesting to follow? And what kind of focus would you think would be the most interesting (personally I'm very interested in how the PVs established Miku's aesthetic and how they use Vocaloid to alter the sound of their chosen genre).

I think you should document Wowaka's career first. He was arguably the most influential producer and introduced probably millions to vocaloid. So many people's first impression of Miku came from him. LamazeP and his leek memes are also important as you say.
I also think it would be interesting to detail a lot of the music that use Miku/vocaloid but don't use her image or even her name. Those are just my thoughts though, I don't really know anything. I think your ideas would be worth a watch.

Wowaka I would LIKE to make someday but idk if I can. I am a huge huge huge huge fan of Hitorie and I can't listen to UMG since he died without crying so that would be one roadblock. For two, I don't think he has that many vocaloid songs that were hits on their own? You have RG, TFL, EWDH and UnR, that were really really big and then years later UMG. But it's hard to squeeze much out of those. Of course, correct me if I'm wrong and his other songs were huge. I love everything on the monochrome disc and unhappy refrain. But yeah... Wowaka would be a passion project for later when I felt I could do him justice.

You're right, wowaka's path in vocaloid wasn't that long or winding, there was that one wave of intensely popular songs. It might be useful to discuss how he influenced other producers. As hachi said, wowaka's stuff helped define what "vocaloid-style music" sounds like

Doesn't this also apply to ryo? While his hits pretty much define the early years of Vocaloid, he never made that many songs in the first place. For people as influential as him and wowaka I think you can make it work even though they've made less.

Really good, in my opinion. A bunch of changes between the 2 days, and a lot of fun songs overall. The Luka part was nice, but could've been a bit better (I know Never Die was a 10th anniversary song, but Leia would've been a better choice). I will say the live version of Jump for Joy is much better than the version on the album. Kaito also got shafted, his only appearance was as a duet in a song he barely has any lines in. But all in all really good. If anyone knows someone selling a ticket to the Friday show in Tokyo, please let me know.

Honestly though? I doubt it. The 3DS didn't get one for Mirai and so far the amount of limited edition Switches are trivial and mostly down to joycon colors anyway. Hell when they announced the Switch Lite they acted like the fact you can get them in THREE colors was an amazing selling point.
