Tokinokogiri showed PV of new game full of big fluffs, butakoma300g's blog has new trial version of VQ2, and developer for Incubus Quest is continuing to improve chances that it is going to end up being a staple game for anyone into femdom. I recently built a beast with an i7 8700K and RTX 2070. Got all excited to test out the older games of my youth that I remembered running like shit, only to discover that they run like shit on Windows 10 because Microsoft decided to "improve the security" of Direct3D 9 software vertex processing by replacing it with an implementation that's so slow that it's a slideshow even on the strongest PCs. Since all Illusion games from JG2 and back use software vertex processing, they're all fucked under Windows 10.
No problem, I thought, I'll just install an earlier version of Windows 10. Nope, no working drivers for RTX. Okay, looks like there are RTX drivers for Windows 7, I just have to get it installed on my NVMe SSD. Well that was a pain in the ass, because Microsoft took down the hotfixes to support NVMe on Windows 7 since Windows 10 came out. Well, with that sorted out, I can finally install Windows 7. Nope, my USB keyboard and mouse don't work because Windows 7 doesn't support xHCI (and Intel doesn't support Windows 7 on Z390). Time to pull out my PS/2 keyboard...
In the end I got my USB mouse working on Windows 7 with hacked unsigned drivers. I'm happy to report that the AG3 benchmark still gets just 25 fps with all five girls at high quality, and the SM2 benchmark only gets 22 fps with one girl at high quality. So in conclusion, if you want to play these older games, don't bother with newer hardware. Sandy Bridge runs Windows XP without any problems, and hardware newer than that would be wasted on Illusion's terrible engine anyway.

A quick rip of the scenario files comes in at 9.7mb. YU-RIS has a lot of bullshit that bloats the size so I wouldn't compare those numbers with the script files for games from other engines, but that's only average when compared to other ClockUp titles, which all use the same engine. For comparison, Eroge! is 8.9mb, Dead Days is 10.6mb, Erewhon is 11.6mb, and Eromanga is 12.1mb.

Not sure what the quality or voice acting has to do with length, but that's not a huge number of h-scenes by eroge standards.
