Different anon. It is to some degree. Production increases on a slightly non-linear upward curve and the plateaus at D-cup mostly due to the human bodies ability to keep up for a variety of reasons but there are ways to bypass this though that comes with it's own issues.
A's yield some but not a lot assuming they're only now reaching A size after swelling.
As a fun side note this means if everything is upscaled proper holsts will produce 1 1/3 the amount of milk per day than your average dairy cow would yielding around 8-9.3~ gallons of milk a day on average but can yield more assuming proper health, a good diet, and being made happy(no really that actually causes enough production increase in cows farmers invest millions into things like cow massagers, voluntary automated milkers, and just spending time with them). That is why if she were to die and none of her daughters were powerful enough to replace her, then the original setting would reestablish itself. A new mamono lord would not be required for this, monsters would turn into human killers without one.

At present Lilith's settings are basically holding back and in continual conflict with the chief god's settings. Part of her ultimate goal is to truly cement her settings as the new reality for the MGE world, so it can maintain itself without her.
