Which comic are you talking about?

The Yukkurisa comic ends either with the Marisa being discarded by Yuyuko and being repair and adopted by Reimu and her family of yukkuri. The alternate ending just extends the bad end by showing the Marisa having switched modes to devouring its own children, having completely been broken, and being discarded offscreen.

The rather strange intelligent Yukkureimu story ends with the Reimu being tortured by Yuyuko after its gambit using Youmu fails to trick or save anyone.
