Er yeah this has turned into a moonspeak argument that isn't even settled in the raw English;
that is, obviously, only the male ejaculates inside a woman, but the phrase, "The joy of interior ejaculation", (let's say, obviously several ways to put it) doesn't even specify whose receiving the pleasure in English.
Keep in mind that the word in question (中出し)is a noun, and not a verb, so nothing is referenced as a subject.
Thus, it while it is understandable to argue whether the...cummer or cumee is receiving the pleasure, it is unreasonable, as no such distinction is being made.

Tl;dr - Cummer and cumee are really funny words.
