Started Pronant Symphony, and while I disagree with a bunch of things (i.e. that half assed controller support, how characters seemingly randomly decide to not act in battle and whatnot), it's one hell of a "just one more thing" drug. The beginning is a little weird, but if you manage to get past the first 2 hours or so, time can fly.
What's nice is that it tracks what kind of information you still miss. For example, you get rewarded for analyzing enemies, so everything you fought, but didn't analyze yet, is in a nice and handy list. Likewise it reminds you which maps you haven't completed yet, or where there are still hidden treasures.
You also get weird choices when fighting a floor's guardian as well (which if you defeat it, removes random encounters during day in that floor), that influences your reward or the fight. The last one asked if I wanted an extra challenge, which basically meant he berserked the entire party at the beginning of the fight as an extra move. Another time it asked, what kind of stuff I want. I.e. women, money, information (for treasure) etc.

Good art for once as well. I kinda hope it has one of those features that unlocks everything at the end, as I do a "good" run, which means I have to be a nice demon guy. But given how this game puts effort into making the two styles different... I suppose it wants you to play it twice if you want to get everything.

You have the power to "order". For example, you can order any npc to give you information (okay for good guys because it's like reading minds or smth.), give you an item (usually not okay..? Dunno. If it's important, it's rather obvious), or have sex (definitely not okay for good guys).
You can also order your party like this. A lot of things are possible here, from harmless handholding, head patting, or costume change to less nice things. Dunno how much you can do here till it's considered evil. Rape is generally evil and immediately tides you over with no chance of recovery though. Need special magic for that.

There's also many situations you'll encounter, where you can act good, evil or neutral. (neutral usually means you get nothing and isn't so good to do) The most simple one is finding a corpse: You can search it for items (evil), do nothing or pray for it (gives you nothing but points toward being good). However only rape is a "do it once and you are evil forever" thing, as far as I know. Everything else just fluctuates you.
There's a guy on floor 3 that tells you how much you are aligned to which side, and how much the girls in your party like you. There seems to be a skill that does something based on their affection (bonus events if they like you? Bonus stats?) and whatnot. I have not figured out what it exactly does.

Basically, evil and good have their own merits. But you can also balance this once in a while, as long as you don't force lewds on anyone. As far as I understood at least. But there are several places where you get told quite obviously, that no matter how much good you do, you'll never be forgiven for rape. The rape victim won't ever forget that after all.

Both evil and good have their exclusive features as well. A good person can go into the adventure guild for some quests and for selling stuff giving (extremely good) rewards. If you are evil, you have the black market. Whatever that does.

While the character designs in Harafure are really great, the game itself is far too tame for a Miel game, it almost feels like a Norn game. Aside from 1 or 2 scenes there really isn't any of the fun raunchy fetishy content that makes Miel games fun to play, there is only one internal shower for example, which is way below average and really not enough for a Miel game. It's such a shame when those character designs would make some excellent meat urinals. I just wanna see some cute and hot girls get broken, enslaved and turned in to toilets. I really hope that their next coming games deliver in spades instead.

I liked this game a lot. Its probably one of the Miel games with the most slutty heroines since the girls are already infatuated by just looking at his cock. The black haired girl is the most interesting one. Why does that even matter? Either way, it's taking the same number of resources from Lune. But frankly, no, they shouldn't have released Meikoku under the Bitters label. Not really. Orc no Onna Kishi did it in 2014, then Meikoku in 2016, and again in 2018. Their rate has stayed consistent, you're just assuming Meikoku is the root of this, when in reality it's just another Lune game with this content. They just release their games through Bitters depending on the genre. This is why the release schedule for Bitters games is so irregular, and you can see a gap in Lune's releases whenever a Bitters title releases too. Releasing Meikoku under Bitters would make literally no difference to anything other than the logo on the box.

Yes. Some games like IX even have what you're looking for in terms of traditional routes/girl focused endings. Aside from Sill who is the closest thing to a main heroine and appears in almost every game there's usually at least a handful of girls from previous games to show up and get new H-scenes in every game to go with the new ones. There's almost no game where it's a full reset button where nobody from a previous game shows up to further develop their relationship with Rance/have sex.

You don't have to encourage him, my point is that there's no reason to chase him away. He wasn't spamming, he wasn't avatarfagging, he was just posting his drawings (related to the general's theme) once a day or two. Not even that often.
Maybe it wasn't 100% on topic, but it wasn't off topic either and at least so far he wasn't being a nuisance. Again, no reason to take action against him.

As for age differences they kinda have them mixed. There is always an older mature lady like Nao sensei in Refrain, but I guess they stopped actual MILF since like what Helter Skelter? They also started doing more petite bodies, but disappointed that evil Rem only has like a pegging scene to others.

Well, act 2 of this game (basically the filler part of the nukige that is just sex without any sort of plot point happening) was okay. I'd say 3/5-ish. Act 3 (the part where the harem is actually 100% trying to get pregnant and do) was slightly more enjoyable, but I'd rate that on the fact that it played on impregnation better than the previous act did. Still a 3/5 here. To be honest, though, I don't think something like this could ever hope to be 4/5 material. It doesn't try to be, though, and that's okay. Something that puts in a bit of effort to be a bargain bin nukige isn't a bad thing at all, and this had its entertainment so far.

Also I find it hilarious just how much of a heavy squealer Momozono Kaoru is given she's been at this for a good, what, 15+ years now? Her volume level during moans is actually probably the loudest and I don't even think that's intentional. Just part of the job for her coming from tons of experience from voicing rape games, it's a carry over. Plus, she's almost old enough to be my god damn mother (not that that's a bad thing, she's still got a hot voice).

You can avoid that by just highlighting and copying the text so it retranslates everything but the moan, anon. TA allows you the ability to even delete the raw text in one of its windows and from there you can just copy and it will retranslate the sentence. I mean sure, it would still be a pain in the ass for H scenes since most of them are full of moans, but it's not like there isn't a way to deal with them.

VNR is convenient as hell, I'll give you that. I'd honestly love to have a version of VNR that trimmed all the fat and machine translation tools and was simply a platform for fan translations. I think the consistent problem (besides the commitment itself) with fanTLs is finding someone to hack the game engine to re-insert the text back into the game. With VNR, you can sort of circumvent that all together by having the text display over the game itself. Kind of like it's a youtube subtitle system for VNs.

Instead of the current process being:

Extract script.
Translate script.
[Hack (may be) required] Insert translated script.

You instead have:

Extract script.
Translate script.
Insert translated script into VNR and go.

And it's not like you couldn't still insert the translated script back into the game at the end of the day. This process just circumvents an 'in case' problem of 'in case you can't find a hacker to put the damn script back into the game for you' or 'in case you learned japanese instead of coding.'

As with other Orcsoft works, there's a special touch and care in the voice acting, along with the character designs.
The story is straightforward, with three endings. Hirowo's writing is quite pleasant to read. The gist is how the heroines fall in love with the protagonist and then the hypnosis stops being necessary. Standard and well executed stuff with great h-scenes and fun-ish story.
