I just finished Tsugumi's route in Ever17. I probably should have asked this before playing, but what's a good order to play the other three routes in?

Also, why the fuck is the menu-screen music so sad-sounding? I mean, seriously, just listening to it dredges up every tear-jerker moment I've ever tried to forget. It's not even that sad of a game, from what I've seen (although I may very well be proven wrong by the remaining routes).

Did you get the bad end yet? That's pretty much the saddest thing in the game for me. You're finished with sadness if you already did that. There is no special order, just do whatever.

Well you've already played Tsugumi's route, which I never thought doing first was a good idea since it makes the rest seem that much more boring.

However, to prevent yourself from getting tired of Ever17's repetitiveness, I say you alternate between Takeshi and Kid's routes.
Personally, I'd recommend you play You's next.

Been a while since i played, order doesn't really matter since you have play all the routes to get to Coco's. Don't quit halfway, it's worth it.

Not exactly sure if I got it yet...actually, I wasn't aware there were multiple endings within each route. (I ended up with the one where Takeshi drowns himself to save Tsugumi...is that the bad end you speak of?) I can't find a decent flowchart/walkthrough/whatever for it to save my life.

Kay. I figured that was the case. I mean, the Tsugumi end wasn't even that sad considering the game was practically shouting in your face that Takeshi had picked up CURE from her by that point and probably survived anyway as a result.

...or at least that's my interpretation. But then again, I tend to default towards the happiest remotely possible interpretation of any given ending.

at first i finished Tsugumi's route too. And HOLY SHIT the "good" end mindraped me.. and when i was about to recover, the game showed me one screen "Life reading:1" .. and then i just : wait, this can't be right, Sora isn't a human, Takeshi, Kid, Coco, Tsugumi, You.. how come there were 6 "life" back then? that means FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!
