It depends. Sometimes I go through a day without sleeping. Sometimes I go to sleep at 06:00-10:00 and just crash at around 19:00.

I rather just sleep like normal people. Polyphasic just feeds the problem. When I go to at 19:00, I usually wake up at around 01:00 and the cycle just starts over again.

My cat gave me weird dreams, I woke up tired.
At least my system recovery turned out fine. Barely no data was lost, and got the chance to update a lot of apps.

Polyphasic sleeping sucks. I had that a couple of months ago. Every time I went to sleep I ended up waking up in 3 or 4 hours (and I wasn't able to go back to sleep). My days were ruined because I was never operating at full capacity. Humans truthfully need 7 to 9 hours of sleep a day to work at full capacity. Luckily polyphasic sleeping is not permanent, and I discovered a cure for it. Now I sleep for 8 or 9 hours each day.

You have to stick to the fucking sleeping times.
Sleeping 4 hours is plenty of time to hit one or two REM cycles the normal way.
The point is to be in REM sleep for most of that half hour you sleep.
