-The Spring 2019 Event: Commence Allied Relief! "The 2nd Hawaii Operation" is underway and is scheduled to end on June 25. It is a medium-scale event with 3 Main Operation maps and 2 Extra Operation maps.
-Shimushu-class DEs Hachijou (E-2 reward) and Ishigaki(E-2 drop) are available from the main operation. Pasta light cruiser Giuseppe Garibaldi is the E-3 reward. The Eldest of Eldest Sisters, The Fighting Fletcher, is available as a drop in E-4. The Big Seven's Colorado has been implemented as the reward for clearing the abyss "Beyond the Surging Sea".
-Friend Fleets have been implemented in E-2, E-3, and E-4. More Friend Fleets will be implemented tonight for E-3 and E-4 as well as adding them to E-5. There is now an option to opt out of Friend Fleets altogether as well as a further option of requesting a stronger Friend Fleet. If opting in on a stronger Friend Fleet to show up, it will consume 6 flamethrowers if the stronger Friend Fleet shows up. If a normal one shows up, then no flamethrowers will be consumed. If the stronger Friend Fleet fails to show up, a normal Friend Fleet will still show up so long as you're opted in for Friend Fleet support.
-7 new Reppuu planes have been implemented, two of which are land-base planes and two that are for the 1st CarDiv. Of the 7, Reppuu Kai is the E-1 reward. Reppuu Kai (352 AG/Skilled) is the E-2 hard reward. Reppuu Kai-II and Reppuu Kai (Proto carrier model) are the E-3 hard reward. The Reppuu Kai-IIE is available as a reward from E-4 hard and E-5 easy. The Reppuu Kai-IIE (CarDiv1/Skilled) is the E-5 hard reward. The 1st CarDiv also gains a small bonus from Ryuusei and Ryuusei Kai.
-Akagi Kai-II and Kai-IIE have been implemented. It requires level 90 for Kai-II along with 1AR, 2BP, 1 catapult, and 2 airplane parts. Kai-IIE requires level 92.
-The April ranking rewards have been distributed. The new equipment are the Ryuusei Kai (CarDiv1) and Ryuusei Kai (CarDiv1/Skilled).
-A Destroyer will receive a Kai-II after the Spring 2019 event. Gotland will receive a second remodel at some point to re-turn her to a seaplane cruiser. Yahagi will receive a Kai-II at some point in the future. The rest of the Kongou-class will receive further remodels eventually. Shigure will also receive a further remodel in the future.
-The 2019 calendar hints at several new destroyers.
-More Fletchers will be implemented in the future, some illustrated by ZECO. Matsu-class from the Type D Destroyers are being prepared for the 7th year of KanColle.

The odds of getting a nice drop in all of these games are extremely slim. A desired drop maybe as likely as 0.01%.

I specified the scenario where they're using the exact same setup as other players. Whether they copy Zekameshi, Kiton, Shit Usagi, or other players in /jp/, there's no guaranteed chance of success. If you're following everyone else exactly yet still not getting results, are you not allowed to get frustrated

I do like the game, and I'm sure you do too, but can you seriously say that there was never a single moment where you've been annoyed by your ships choking despite the correct theoretical setup? E5N cleared, 4 straight chipping runs and the 1st LD run was a comedy of errors with fully sparkled married Nagato of all ships getting chuuhaed by the transport node. 2nd LD run when according to plan, reached boss all green. But due to head-on CA Hime survived with a silver of health. Thankfully Johnston decided to target the boss and dealt barely enough TCI damage.

Taking a short break then back to farm damned E4H, at least I managed to save enough ships from E5 to strengthen the farming fleet.

Considering I'm too lazy to sparkle combined fleet and support, I actually cleared without either, the difference looks pretty big actually. For one the preboss is just normal rather than elite Re, my experience with 5-5 tells me that it is pretty substantial. That and the difficulty increases of each node adds up.
Frankly though I'm just too tired to go through another hard map, considering I still need to farm Fletcher and do not have a solid farming fleet yet. Rather the peace of mind than bashing my head against another hard map.
