you basically can get ~1160 (dailies and stamina from your guild house furnitures) + 120*N, where N is the amount of times you stam refill with gems. so if you're stopping before 100 cost thats like ~1880 per day, at 4425 exp per level that'll be nearly 2 months.
this of course doesn't count any bonus exp you'll get from events. so somewhere under 2 months, but possibly longer if kmr decides to extend the level cap again while you're trying to play catch-up. welcome to hell.

The tower is really just a gauntlet of past event battles so having the SSR/UR available is key. Of course you don't have that so it's best not to push it.

You can try to do story for a gold ticket at the end of the chapter, I believe, and hope for the best.

The SSRs will come when you start getting a ton of pink gears for combining SR dupes to trade them in for some

I cleared extreme once or twice back when it released and I quit shortly afterwards. If I so desired I'd be absolutely fucked as I'm so far behind since I barely even started. Thought id never find this place.

So I've been obsessed with Dragalia since launch. It's my new main after dropping Granblue due to the grind and Kingdom Hearts.

But I'm looking for a nice off game to play when Dragalia dailies are over. Something that's half afk really. Afk for most things and requires actual effort for harder challenges or events.

I've tried Girls Frontline, but it's not really working out. I got to chapter 2, but progression feels slow? Like I'm moving at a snail's pace. Lose health a lot. I plan to try out Sdorica. I hear good things about Azur Lane, but everyone tells me to play JP for some reason. Help me Bros.

It still buffles me why Sinoalice is so popular. It barely holds itself on muh Yoko Taro writing and a good artist.

The gameplay is nonexistant. They tried to copy Logress and similar games. But as much I don't like Logress it had open world exploration, extensive visual character customization and a variety of skill animations. Sinoalice has nothing of that. Skills look bland, the effects and mechanics are shallow. Hell, the characters you roll are nothing but stat sticks which can only equip certain weapons. I was super dissapointed that mechanically characters don't play ANY role in the game. They don't have unique skills, special attacks or anything like that. You just mash the strongest weapons in the deck or auto the shit out of everything. It's not fun and it's not rewarding.

I figured everyone would be done with the game once they finished character stories but it seems some magical whale force is holding it together.

I know I'd feel pretty frustrated with myself if I was an adult post my prime learning years looking at others that are my age and similar cultural status talking or in general using a different language on top of my native language.

I bet most of them think that since most of the world speaks English there's nothing to gain learning anything else. To be honest I also think it's probably a lot harder to be American and learn another language than if you're from a small European country for example. Most media comes from the US and if you're not actively seeking out stuff in other languages chances are you're not going to find it and develop language skills and keep them sharp on the side without active studying. For me at least I only know how to speak English and my native language because those are the two I see daily. On top of that I've studied 3 or 4 languages depending how you look at it but can't honestly say I can use them properly because it's been years since I've interacted with anything in those languages.

The only reason I'm sticking with it is the lore and atmosphere, but I hate the gameplay. I already quit several times (not that other anon). Guilds are basically a double edged sword, being in a guild gives you access to so much more gems now and some players stick to the game only because if their guilds, but the responsibilities and daily gameplay are mind numbing.

Sinoalice won't flop for a few years now, but it's shameless how little original content they're popping out. You can count the character art outside of jobs on one hand, there's no omake (2 years later it's getting a manga), there's no new recorded home screen lines since the launch ones, and all of this on top of the idea that the story is supposed to be short and 3 lines per stage.

It's just an example as how bad they can get, most /u/fags don't like sharing the place with anyone because it's their way or the highway. If there's a little gay and the cast is full female then everyone is gay for each other and will not accept otherwise.

If you want another example then it would be like how they're kind of crowd to unironically try to use "Hetero" or "Hetfag" as an insult because apparently being straight is bad. Are any of the weapons generally considered more fun than the others? I dickpicked the short brown girl because of her squished tits and she's a sniper but the weapon is not much fun to use. I'd say that dual guns is probably the most enjoyable weapon in the game, but really, I'd suggest just trying them all out and seeing if there's one you prefer over the others.

Main reason sniper is considered the best is because it lets you skip on playing the game since most content can be cleared by just constantly shooting with a good sniper.

Ayaka probably has the most "fun to use" weapon set up, especially if you can roll her Another version with that trans-am system SP.
But overall all characters need to get their motif gears to have access to their unique weapon skills. Sitara for example can use a special spear throwing melee attack if you pick the alternative upgrade path for her spear, which hits like a truck but pretty hard to use.

I honestly had high hopes for Epic7.
Early trailers looked like a korean take on Darkest Dungeon with branching random routes, campfires and shit. And because of Soccer Spirit devs. Disregarding SS's failures, the game was fun and unique. I liked the way passives worked and activated, and how characters had vastly different roles on the field. And I hate irl soccer. But this game was nice.
Epic7, on the other hand, turned out to be a streamlined generic korean turn-based autobattler. The animations are really nice, but that's it. Everything is linear as fuck. Even randomized loot doesn't help much because of how you're restricted by dailies, weeklies and everything else in the game. It really feels like the whole map movement is just there to slow you down. I really wanted it to be the more meaningful.

Last Idea is a pretty mediocre game, the grind is fucking brutal, stamina is incredibly limited, and the gameplay is pretty so-so.

The mini events are the size of a granblue fate episode and it always bothered me so much. Not to mention the event is here grind this stage x9999999999999 times but you don't get to use your characters to grind optimally, instead you use fodder and a support because now that's real fun.

I think that's what they wanted to do til they got bought by Smilegate and had to finish publishing the game. They spent like 4 years fucking around with it but could never finish it so this is what they had to push out. I hope future content is more engaging since raid gimmicks for hard are less about interesting stuff and more about "I hope you have x unit or you're fucked". Everything else about the game is above average for me regarding gook games, and I greatly enjoy the models / sprites since they're very well done.

It had so many problems when I played. Not sure if they were fixed but the super limiting amount of energy you have, the fact you spend so much fucking gold upgrading AND removing gear made you eternally broke, the crafting system was shit, gacha rates were shit, gacha system was split between cards and characters so you were getting fucked, the fact a fucking whale gacha exists, 99% of gear you obtain being garbage and a lot of the content was so needlessly grindy (events etc.). This on top of the fact that the team in charge couldn't give a single fuck about you made me drop that shit once I got a taste of the endgame at the time. Oh, and it had some of the worst power creep I've witnessed. Near enough every single character released was more broken than the last and if you missed a single limited you were screwed. No, they can force whatever bullshit they want to make characters randomly viable. Start having adds that need to be crowd controlled because they deal retarded amounts of damage or put up a debuff that makes it so you can't heal. Then have a new character that either extends debuff duration that lets the freeze stay up indefinitely or has such a huge modifier that they one shot frozen characters. Players that don't have them can get around this by making teams with stuns and knockbacks but it'd require you to waste more character slots.

The biggest problem with that is that Shiny Feather isn't one of the sets that's actually in the infinitely rerollable pool, which means it'd be significantly more time consuming to actually try to pull one. Worth it if the anon is willing to put in the time for sure, but at the same time it's definitely more reasonable to go for a Cavalry + one of the especially good Awakenings in the initial gacha and then just pray a Shiny Feather comes to them soon-ish after they start actually playing.

If you consider gameplay feeling incredibly clunky to be unique then I'd say that that's the main separator between Dragalia and Shironeko.

Shironeko may be a fucking mess of a game, but generally its combat flows since even when you're attacking you generally have some movement as part of your normal attacks, and if you don't you can still at least dodge roll to get back to moving.
Meanwhile, Dragalia (At least on launch) had multiple attacks that you couldn't dodge out of, and all weapons completely fucked your momentum if you started attacking. Literally the only weapon I found any enjoyment out of in Dragalia was the twin blades because they were the most mobile of all of them, and that really wasn't much of a feat.

That sounds like a horrible idea. Ilya is powerful, no doubt, but she eats shit extremely fast and is very fragile. While clearing normal world maps you're gonna be running into lots of stuff that hits her slot in the party regardless of where it is. A stable melee team will be much more beneficial for him, especially once he's actually higher level and can contribute to CBs as melee teams will be dishing out the vast majority of your damage.

Makoto/Tomo/Pudding/Kaori(or Arisa) is damn fine with a 5th slot for a support of some sort (Sizzle, Misato, Yui, whatever).

Dragalia feels awful to play long-term since it requires a ton of grinding and excessive focus for a mobage. Not to mention it feels extra designed for extra Western appeal. Just like most "anime" things purposely marketed to the West, it ends up being a flash-in-the-pan with no longevity because EOPs have the attention span of about 5 minutes and low tolerance for grinding.

The Dragaliafags will probably complain and say if you're top esports you can auto dailies, but you still can't auto coop so you can't auto Raid events. The entire system is flawed. Auto is purely auto attacks and ignores any skills so that in itself is a problem. But the main issue is the fact that 99% of players are mashing F5 like their life depends on it so if you're autoing at any point you've already lost any meaningful reward in content that actually matters. It's remotely useful if you're soloing shit and you're a lazy sack of shit but it's still significantly slower over just mashing F5 like an idiot.

Sure but you don't need to focus on manual play real bad for grinding, only HL raids. You just press your skill/buff rotation then set to auto and bam. Either way I dropped Dragalia within two weeks from launch while I'm still going strong in Granblue coming up to 3 years now.

Start focusing on the story, you get two SSR tickets from clearing all 13 parts of chapter one, and SSRs are actually really useful in PTD.
After that it's probably worth seeing how far you can get in the tower and then paying some attention to the current event, no idea if you'll be able to grind out full LBs for all the event SSRs, but at the very least getting a copy of each will be helpful.
