To Satanael, ignorance is the root of sin, so if you get rid of that everything is good, right? Not.

I assume you mounted the .iso files and installed the game properly, so drag malie.exe from the KKK folder onto the "AlphaROM Cracker Build20121001.exe" program with this tick box selected.

What would a potential spin-off be about? Personally I'd enjoy seeing an IkaBey type story focusing on Rusalka, or something that focuses on Mercurius and a previous adventure of his. They have an interesting dynamic where Mercurius took care to start her off on her path of sorcery and they share a similar fascination with what Rusalka calls stars and Mercurius calls his goddess. I don't really get that comparison in the first place, fate is really denki-ish (especially heaven's feel, which is, no matter if you like it or not, the main part of fate), unlike dies where the denki style is only there for the Kasumi route and maybe the very start of the other ones. The scale of events is much, much smaller, and even the themes are almost completely different. There are things both dies and fate do wrong (actually, both have a problem with the abysmal pacing at times), but I honestly think they are still decently good at what they do. Obviously Nasu peaked on tsukihime (or maybe mahoyo, I'm still not sure which one is better), but fate was still pretty good.
