Glad I bought my Reboot just in time when pic related happened. The 39 X 2 dolls were sold in less than half an hour. So for the show's leftovers, it's no wonder the right to buy are randomly drawn.

But whenever you got one of the 39 or you win a lottery, all dolls will be shipped by the end of June.

Duct tape is fine. if it leaves adhesive behind remove it with more duct tape. Something less gummy is gaffer tape. A heat gun will also remove adhesive.

I've seen plenty of shibari dolls. paracord will probably work. be careful of staining.

So, I got a Dollfie Dream Dynamite as my first doll recently and I have a problem. When I sit her down her right leg usually pops off. So I contacted Volks.

Volks told me it was a dessign flaw and could not fix it. Is there anythin I can do to make the leg not pop off? It only happens to the right leg, left has not had the same issue.

Got a jointed hands.
Attaching them was a pain in the ass, since the default dollfire dream hook was too big (had to drill and it was a mess). While it is fun to pose, in retrospective I should have bought the default hand poses from the volks store.

And here she is, without any decent lighting in that room. I'm too scared to get those heels on her because they seem like they won't fit at all, even though I'm pretty sure they were DD sized and not MDD sized. Once I've had some sleep and the sun is up I'll try other poses and take more photos.

Some things about Dream Choice that I haven't seen anyone mention:
- You can only get the M bust with it, if you want any other size you need to buy it separately.
- They don't put on the wig for you, so the doll gets presented to you as bald. The wig was just put in the box and I had to then put it on and tidy it up myself afterwards.
- Same for clothes. You get the basic panties and negligee but they serve up your doll naked.
- The only dark hair colour is a sort of sickly black-grey, so if you want dark hair for your doll then Dream Choice might not be the best option for you.

Are those the plastic shoes from Volks? If so the they are kinda finicky (and imo not very good looking), I'd recommend getting some fabric/pleather shoes instead. Any SD13 shoes will generally fit.

Well, I've been trying, but I can't get my doll's legs back in at all. After a while I noticed that the torso's frame was out of its slot and it keeps popping out because one of the edges of the slot is bent inwards instead of outwards. But the real problem is the thigh joints. The torso frame has a hole that's filled on one side and empty on the other, with the thigh joints being the same, so you need to put them in the right direction to make them go back in. But they're rotated the wrong direction for me to possibly do that and I can't get them to rotate that way at all. I've only found one video of someone putting legs into the body and they just slot right in with no struggle at all, so I don't know why this is so difficult.

Pretty much this. Most girls you see posted here are unique, one of a kind custom heads. If you scratch their face or dirty it with the oils from your hands, well, you're going to have a hell of a time trying to fix it. You won't break them by touching it a couple times but you don't want to make a point of doing it either. Think of it like a model kit; the paint is only really protected by some weak hobby grade clear coat.

Licensed dolls do have stronger paint/sealants because its applied at the factory, but the same idea still applies.

I just got my first Dollfie Dream and she looks as perfect as I imagined. I put her in this really cute outfit I won at a doll convention I went to earlier this year and I am in love. Yay!

What stands do you guys use? Is the official Volks one good or do you have alternate recommendations? Money isn't an issue here but I'd like to keep it reasonable as in not $500. Unless the stand like lights up and plays music or something. Then I'll pay $500.
