If there is, it looks like Namco reverted pretty much every single gameplay change that was made from the arcade version to the 360. I heard somewhere else that on the PSP the "psycho letters" are back too (in the arcade version, as well as regular fanletters that raised your idol's tension, you randomly got psycho fanletters that lowered it--these were removed on the 360)

Basically what happened was the last episode of the School Days anime was cancelled on the day it was supposed to air and replaced with 30 minutes of scenery. Among the shots in the 30 minute scenery were pictures of a boat sailing in the middle of a green valley.

Someone on 4chan shopped a picture of the boat with the caption "Nice Boat" and a 2cher browsing at the time thought it was funny and spread it. Ever since it, Nice Boat has been synonymous with School Days.

I should also mention the last episode was cancelled due to an axe murder by a school girl.

failure producer here,
i'm a bit relieved since yesterday, seems the game very generous with the retries.
only the fan count gets halved after a retry, every other idol parameters kept back.
with this condition even handicapped people with zero japanese knowledge can complete the game if the number of retries isn't limited.

an another note: i started to love Takane, ojousama-like speechpatterns was one of my weak points

Even with earphones on (because, as the disclaimer screen at bootup suggested, it MUST be played as such), the quality wasn't all that good. Plus you have to allow for the huge deal of model details required and the fact there's also a deal of TEXT TEXT TEXT coming with the stage performances which is nothing to sneeze at.
The example you brought up had nothing but stumpy 3D models + low quality songs + a handful of backgrounds, and even so the cart capacity was taxed to the point of requiring a single translated release for each Europen country instead of the usual Multi5 one.
