When /jp/ says "I'm not ronery, I'm happy on my own" do they really mean it?

>> No.2121657

Eroge is less work than dealing with actual people. It's basically just that real people aren't really worth the extra trouble.

>> No.2121663

I mean it. It might be nice to have someone but I'm not that bothered

>> No.2121660

Uh, yeah.

>> No.2121662

By definition they'd mean it even if they were only saying it to reassure themselves.

>> No.2121665

lying obviously, speaking as one of the few /jp/tards with a girlfriend there really is no better feeling in the world than being with someone, you've led a half life if you die alone

>> No.2121667

For me, it's more like "I don't fucking care."

>> No.2121672

People are like candy. It'd be nice to have lots of them, but it's perfectly possible to do without.

No.

That's not like candy at all. Liar.

>> No.2121688

I mean it.

It might be NICE or even NICER to have someone else, but if I don't have one it's no big deal.

It's like choosing between having shitty cheap sprinkles on the best ice cream in the world or not. It's still fucking delicious enough for me to not miss it.

Seconded.

yes, they mean it.
but everyone gets ronery on occasion - some are just more accustomed to it than others

You can easily live without candy.

Well, I'm not. That's why I'm engaging in relationships.

Being alone is too hard and depressing, nothing better than a girl by your side having fun with you and discussing unusual things about your life. Not having much in common with your partner is fun.

If you guys keep being scared of life things will never go smoothly, be at home or even at work. Think about it.

What a shoddy foundation.

>> No.2121752

Nobody is truly as alone as they make out in these threads. I find it hard to believe you actually have people who are as old as they claim having never had any significant female contact.

Seriously? It's not really that uncommon. You just never see those people in your bars or clubs because they all live with their parents/in a basement. How do you see shut-ins if you don't go to their houses?

I assume by 'life' you mean relationships?

You are assuming we don't engage in relationships because we fear them. For some of us at least, this is incorrect. Personally, I have engaged in relationships in the past and I have come to the conclusion that I am happier without a partner. It is just as simple as that.

>> No.2121818

Dunno about you guys, but all the girls I know are only friends. All those so-called relationships are overhyped, it'll happen whenever it happens, no need to get all OMG I NEED A GIRL TO LIVE.
