are there any japanese musicians/bands that often reference drug culture or taking drugs in their music?

I'm a noob vocataku and the closest I've seen is the pill-laden SLoWMoTIoN video from PinnochioP and the razor thumbnail from MARETU's Brain Revolution Girl obviously referencing coke use and self-harm.

recreational street drugs I don't know any that immediately come to mind, but Shinsei Kamattechan has some lyrics about taking SSRIs/sleeping pills and their abuse (stemming from the songwriter's own abuse of Clotiazepam). He's never done hard drugs though (he claims).

To me, they sound awesome and like 'band next door'-y. I enjoyed discovering them through you! 神聖かまってちゃん had a cool lightly druggy related video. drugs,ねー子 神聖かまってちゃん has an infectious chorus where I only understood 'kiha'... I also found Zuttomo which had an awesome and warm feeling bromancy video.

i only understand like the sounds of the hiragana alphabet so I'm a bit immature and almost like a kid eager to learn to curse in another language by looking for druggy jmusicians but Shinsei Kamattechan delivered enough on that front.

To be fair, razors also have a more obvious association with self harm, and the two can overlap (the other being cutting powder-based drugs). It's not like a bent spoon or a glass pipe, which basically have only one association.

Yes, it's obvious to most that those pills have illicit implications. Japan is very PC so they require the audience to imagine what would be inside rather than explicitly tell them what kind of pills they are.
Political correctness is also why they used the image of a razor so that they have an alibi for its presence besides its obvious purpose of chopping up product which all adults know about.
