Need your help. I'm searching for the greatest eroge ever created (translated!). Personally I'm in love in Seasons of Sakura and Tokimeki Check In. If someone could recommend something similar it would be awesome. And for the love of raptor jesus, skip the Type-Moon visual novels and similar (ie something that will take you a year to finish).

I kind of enjoy them all so suggesting anything is hard.

In general they all are a little different. There are games like True Love, May Club, Snowdrop and such that are a lot of "do the right thing at the right time or miss out on the action".

It seems like you prefer the ones who are more linear and have less "you sat in room X for 2 hours".

You could take a look at 3 sister story. A lot similar to Season of Sakura, but the goal is to not have sex. (Having sex usually leads to bad end). So it is a trade off between getting the good end and collecting CG.

My absolute favourite visual novel has to be Divi Dead. I was hooked up instantly/ It has a great storyline, but it's in TOTALLY different theme than Season Of Sakura. Anyway, if you don't mind a bit of violence and gore along with a dark atmosphere and some nice plot twists here and there then you should give it a try.
