Learn a BnB, if you can't do the whole thing, just adding an air throw at the end helps a lot. Stop just throwing ground blood rings, against anyone else, it wouldn't work. All purpose air blood rings are 214A, not 214B.
To the person playing you, learn a BnB. jump over those ground blood rings. Stick with just ONE character. If you don't pick one main, you're never going to improve. Combo.

WLen will slowly and gracefully do something, anything, and get hit out of it before she can get close.
