Most of their dolls always seem to be out of stock, and many of their most interesting dolls are limited editions. Look for them on auctions sites like Yahoo and eBay. The price vary widely from doll to doll. In short: Depending on what doll you want, it may be very hard to get it, and they will not be cheap.

Unless you live in Japan yourself, or know someone there to buy them for you, then you'll have to get them from auctions on Yahoo Japan where they cost 2-4 times as much.

Obitsu's bodies fit most dolls as far as I know. When it comes to large dolls I really don't know much since I don't have one myself, but I know you get the hair as a wig. Have read something about the wig might stain the head so it's good to get some kind of protective cap. There are a couple of people on /jp/ with large dolls who propably know a lot more about some of the things you're asking about.

You will only get this by using a proxy buying service like Rinkya to uaciton on your behlaf on yahoo auctions Japan. The doll is a Volks Dollfie Dream 60cm model called Kousaka Tamaki. This doll is HIGHLY sort after so expect to pay A LOT for it. The one featured many many times on this board and others is with a custom wig and outfit. You could easily pay severl hundred dollars (Probably closer to a grand) on the head alone. It's desired that much.
