If you save and the game lives, you get your guarantee.
If you do either and the game dies, it doesn't matter that much, since the game is dead now.
If you spend everything as you get it for fear of a not-yet-announced shutdown and the game lives, you miss out on your guarantee when you could have made it just fine.

Every game dies sooner or later, but I don't see much point in playing around that until there's an actual announcement. Some of these games fall pretty quick, but some stick around way longer than you'd expect.

Its weird that they put themselves in that position though. Normally games put the mechanics in motion so they can keep the game alive indefinitely with new characters/event/story.

The entire Kaigan system was probably just a mistake because it makes the game really hard and intimidating to get into considering the investment you need to put on a single character then do it all over again for every other character. The home screen could probably use a rework too to make it less cluttered in my opinion.

The scope of Tagatame story is also more limited in the first place unlike GBF/Shironeko which can just made up new islands or villains out of nowhere for their story or events.

The main mistake of Kaigan is what they are even going to do once all characters can be raised to level 99. New content will be either too easy or still too hard even with level 99.

I'm all for more content but they really need to look at their current design before starting to implement more shit. The current rewards for EX are mediocre at best, the 4 fights up to the boss are disgustingly easy then the boss itself went from impossible at release to now being nothing more than a HP sponge to waste your time. And for what? There's nothing to buy with the rewards you are given. I clear it solely for mana and nothing else.

I'm completely F2P, not spent a penny on the game. I've played since day 1. I'm sitting on ~90k coins last I checked and that's with me skipping many many days of the extreme dungeon over the past few months simply because there was nothing to buy with the coins. The situation is only made sillier by the fact that your EXP is converted into dungeon coins when you hit the experience cap so you're fucking swimming in the things. Even with unique equipment it doesn't change much other than allowing you to spend a few thousand coins of your stockpile before you're capped on shards to buy.

It gets better once your favorites have +90 normal currency bonus, you get a decent amount of rare currency after conversion and the quest are a breeze to clear. Just a matter of time to get there. The carnival missions also offer a lot of rare currency if you're online when they happen and you're willing to spend a few diamonds to refill AP to complete them, I think I got over 90k this round. Been using this team since the start of the event and already got everything I wanted a few days ago.

Shironeko is still one of the best side games to me. Their model is really good at keeping the game feeling fresh; the gacha currency generation is fast, events are spread out over the week instead of being dumped all at once, and the gacha rate is high although the pool is diluted to make up for it being 11%. It also doesn't have any stamina to manage so you can play as little or as much as you want, which is nice because as a new player you'd have years worth of old content to farm for gems.

i been playing priconne for a week and im enjoying it a lot but this game needs a lot a remake system for the stamina or a huge QoL change, if is possible this anniversary, but i doubt it
theres so many stuff to do daily that theres physically no way unless you spend several hundred gems daily to complete everything you have to do
you have to do daily hards, but each cost too much stamina so you cant even focus on do more than 2 unless you want to be out of stamina because 3 its already draining your whole stamina bar
the farm system its extremely inneficient, 32% for the first 2 drops and 20 something for the last one, forcing you to do the quest several times, to the point that a simple item that you need 5 blueprints to make can cost you more than 100 stamina, yeah the hards drops its like a ''QoL'' for the low droprate of the normal maps, but turns out that it cost the double stamina, so, its around the fucking same practically, with the difference that you cant even farm in hard because its limited to 3
the 3 ways to refill stamina 2 of them suck
the free x200 stamina for isnt bad, but the regeneration stamina is trash, the items to refill your stamina are also pretty bad, i havent unlocked the item from very hard and extreme, and theres another dungeon coming soon, but considering normal and hard both gives the same stamina, with a long af cooldown and you cant even upgrade it to increase the stamina they give, 12 stamina per item every 6 hours is beyond garbage
and the jew method thats basically p2w, i suppose this is the main method cygames pull to get money while giving away ssrs for ''free'' but this is a pretty lame way to do it, its really punishing for people that dont want to waste gems on stamina, i already used like 3 whole days to get to rank 7 all my characters thanks to the stamina system and apparently its gets worse because gold prints cost 20, but theres purple? rarity that cost like 30?
its really sad because i like the game but i cant play it, it would be nice if they start giving items to refill the stamina or make the soft reg be like 2 or 3 minutes

These localizations often do their own thing. BGHS alone had those fun minigames. Then from what I remember, they also kept guarantees (not sure if they still do, it was a long time ago I last checked), all guns and rods reload automatically, Misaki's first birthday wasn't a royal fuck-up. And gacha points or whatever the system is have some nice bonus outfits, like pic related. There was that onsen Mari someone else posted a while ago too. I also remember I had a collage of Sadone's outfits with something similar, but can't find that right now. There's probably more of these fallen/black recolors. Meanwhile in JP, Moonstone Sadone teased black variant in card art, but they didn't do anything with that. I wish that outfit was a ranking reward instead of Kokomi back then.

Yeah, this is neat. Maybe not all of the recolors would be worth it, but TW seems a lot better at this than JP. The birthday dresses recolors we got are especially underwhelming. They could've used stronger contrast in layers/ dark colours/ something that would make them different enough from originals, but nope, they had to keep the light tones and barely change anything. A lot of wasted potential there.
