This except I'm not going to put it lightly. The soundtrack fucking sucks. It's extremely generic and you can tell that the trumpets were forced into every theme just so that it wouldn't sound so boring. I can't even hum a single theme from the game.

His music has always been kind of samey, but nonetheless I've always been a fan due to how consistent and catchy the majority of his tracks were. I'm pretty sure the guy's just running out of ideas. The last boss' theme definitely leaves that impression, seeing as it's pretty much just one melody looped ad nauseam. the bgm of the first three stages were pretty good, so it's kind of a shame.
