It might come a time when touhous don't want to fight each other, but it is their duty to do so. They must become fighthus, whether they like it or not.

They usually come to understand each other's goals during the battle anyways.

Oh wow, that was a really good fighthu doujin series (and artist, it seems). Thanks for posting. For those just tuning in there's a third one called Yuuka vs Byakuren Resolution.

I love characters in fight mangas that can turn places into their "domain" of sorts and give them a huge edge in the battle. Those odds being stacked against the opponent makes their eventual overcoming of it all the more exciting.

It's called Perverse Cried, featuring a badass Banki and Rumia fighting against Yoshika and Seiga. I believe some parts are translated somewhere and it's a trilogy.
It involves an OC boy, though.

Me too. Heroic Thunder Girl could have been much more creative though instead of being an exchange of each other cancelling out their attacks. This feels like something I could complain about in most of his works. I'd rather have characters use their abilities creatively to nullify or dodge attacks (like pic related) instead of it being "She's so strong that my attack was completely countered...!"

He does do a good job of bringing up reason to fight and resolving them.
