well, if we examine the first 6 games we may find a pattern and thus be able to predict the next installment:
Touhou 1 - Heaven or Hell, Lets Rock.
Touhou 2 - Mima be trashing mah shrine
Touhou 3 - Cave Tournament
Touhou 4 - Garden Manor
Touhou 5 - HELL

Given the patterm I'd say the next one would have to be either:
-Another mansion
-Another Heaven or Hell let's rock
-Another Garden related place
-Something revolving around the shrine

since PoFV,SA and SWR cover the last three to some extent, I'd say another mansion is on the way.
