After giving a couple new holes a first spin tonight, I believe I understand the Magic Eyes meme. Had a couple hours of free time, so I fired up a vid and started with Chouzetsu Vacuum Nurse. I am personally a fan of what Tomax does. They have several toys that have a uterus gimmick - Lilith Uterus, Muses Arkhe, Orca 2 Dolphin.

Cooking time with sous vide is based on thickness. You want the heat to radiate to the deepest part of whatever you're cooking. When you cook a 1-inch steak you usually cook it for at least 45 minutes to an hour. If that steak is an inch thick, the deepest point is about a half inch in.

Now scale that up to a hip that's potentially like 8 inches thick. Note that it's important to heat it all the way or most of the way through. You could heat it a bit, and it'll be warm at first, but that exterior heat will quickly radiate inwards and equalized over the entire ona.

The hip I use the most is my Puni Ana SPDX. Granted, she's a bit bigger than most, but still. 10 minutes in warm water probably won't do all that much for a hip, considering the water is going to cool down and you're probably not going to get that much heat penetration anyway.

SPDX is good for the price. Though, you may want to spend a bit extra and get the Miracle DX. It's expensive, but it's a good value. Regarding feeling, the SPDX is definitely a more general hole. It's soft, and the stimulation isn't very strong. I personally view this as a positive. I do like my VAG but it's a much different experience from my other holes. The back end is unenjoyably tight and plain to stay in, but it does a good job of violently shoving you back into the front part which feels great. The whole warming thing is such a hassle even with regular onaholes. I don't think I've used my warmer more than ten times total.
You put it in, and it takes ten minutes minimum to get the hole to a decent temperature. And then the heat dissipates within five minutes, and you are left with body temperature toy - which happens anyway without using a warmer when your penis is the only heat source. Same shit with other methods like submerging in water.

I wonder if any of the manufacturers experimented with putting a circular heater inside the walls around the tunnel. Because unless there is something to actively maintain the temperature, it's shit. The only thing I'm aware of is that Tenga toy, but it only warms up before use, not during. Well, and some people claim that wrapping the toy in an electric blanket is ok.

Hard to say anything about the cost since none of us work in the industry. Average warmer costs about 10-15 bucks. Maybe more since the elements have to wrap the tunnel.
Let's also assume that the cheapest way to make this thing would be to place the heating elements between the two layers of a dual-layered toy, since technology is already there. That adds additional 10-15 for work.
Some fuckery to seal the wire so that it is hermetically sealed and doesn't tear the material where it sticks out of the toy. Another 5 or more.
So we are looking at potential 30-40 bucks increase in price. There are plenty of decent dual-layered toys in 30-40 dollar range, like for instance 17 Bordeaux, which brings total price to 60-80, which is a usual price for higher end toys like Venus Real or ZXY. Still sellable.
And the feature of heating is a unique selling point, so I assume people would be willing to shell out even 100+ for that as long as it is reliable.

Obviously, it's a speculation. There are some potential issues as well. We all know that most warmers have issues with contacts coming off because of shitty soldering and construction. And there is a possible problem of heating element burning out - just stopping working in the best case, setting the toy and penis on fire in the worst.
