Currently Shikkoku no Sharnoth. /jp/ wouldn't like it that much if ever got translated, though, it has its faults.
May change when I finish Sekien no Inganock or Muv Luv Alternative, they both show a lot of promise.

And of course you can't forget Syarin no Kuni and Swan Song.
Or Tsuyokiss for something lighter but equally awesome, few eroge managed to make me laugh so much.

You'll agree with me that getting a high score is easier when only a few hundred people (probably the fanboys of the game) vote it than when two thousand do. Statistically it's obvious the game with more voters will have people who haven't liked it.
