unless yukari takes interest in you fucking never you have to be forgotten or lost by the world. And even then there's not much of a chance you make it anyway.

Plus once you do, you likely will at an advanced age, and you'll get stuck in the human village unless you strike out on your own. Try to become a yokai while in gensokyo and someone *will* come knocking to exterminate you. And there's no ocean or way out, unless you go via the moon. Pretty depressing and restricting existance if you ask me.

My personal belief is that the Gensokyo you'll go to is Black Tewi's, where it conforms to your headcanon as much as possible, as long as it doesn't compromise lore, characters, etc. That being said, Grimsokyo-anon is going to have it pretty rough!

Hello from /lit/. I've been reading theology and philosophy texts looking for the truth in the past months. So the energy that forms my soul might be a collection of energy that once "powered" roman legionnaires, aztec peasants, etc. and after I die will then become part of another soul in the future.

Yes, if that is what you believe or want. Dreams aren't shared, they are unique to individuals, same with hallucinations and other phenomena. If there's nothing beyond, and if that is the only possible solution outcome, then why do so many alternatives exist? There's no way in hell that pure atheism is the answer, and you can't convince me that every religion, belief, and pantheon aren't all real and true, independent of each other, simultaneously. Even with near-death experiences, people don't all experience it the same way, some experience nothingness, some temporarily visit heaven, and everything in between. There's no solid proof that you wouldn't go to Gensokyo when you die, if that's where you wholeheartedly, to the point where it's essentially a religious belief, believe you will or would go.
