Some of my friends are aware of my interests and so is pretty much anyone that wanders into my humble abode. The only thing I really have on display is a modest collection of fumos, but that doesn't seem to draw anyone's attention.

My parents most likely have pieced together that I have a certain interest and fascination with Japanese stuff, and they are completley indifferent to it.

Yes, and my younger siblings tease me relentlessly about being a weeaboo and liking Touhou. Fortunately, they like Fortnite so the teasing is easy and mutual.

Not exactly related, but I remember back when I was a senior in highschool before I'd even used /jp/, there was this scrawny, long-haired underclassman in my study hall that would just browse /jp/ via warosu and play jap touhou flashes. I knew what it was, but didn't have the balls to go up to him. This was the first and last time I'd ever seen both touhou and 4chan in a public setting.

My family only know that I like Japanese games, cartoons and culture, but they probably lump it together with my interest in British cultures and folklore (a topic which I am very fascinated about). I have once played Touhou music to my parents when me and my father were having a drunk-time in our summer cottage; my father called it "elevator-music", to which my mother agreed.
I never force my interests to anyone, and I might only drop the name "touhou" if we are discussing about video games among my workmates and random friends. To one of my friends, who is a huge nerd, I am very open about my interest in Touhou, but I have never really forced it upon him. My second cousin, whom I am very close with, knows that I like anime and "touhou", however, he has made himself clear that he does not want to know anything more regarding the subject. He is very "anti-weeb" (he especially hates GIrls und Panzer), and calls me out for being one, which is a bit ironic considering he is a giant wehraboo; He studies German, German (war)history, has read Mein Kampf three fucking times, and owns a Stahhelm, an SS-dagger and a German-style grenade.
My current housemates on the other hand are all weebs. Heck, one of 'em was already a good friend of mine, is a huge Touhou fan; We found out that we both were into it after we had met, which only made us closer as friends.

For most of my life (including now) I have lived with my mom, my sister, and my sister's children. The oldest child is a year younger than me, so because of that we grew up together and therefore we act more like brother and sister rather than niece and uncle.
It's pretty cool how we both had similar interests, it gave me good memories like playing mabinogi after school during 5th grade.
We still have similar interest just in different ways, for example if you was to ask us what is are favorite visual novel she would say mystic messenger while I would say little busters, for anime she would probably say hunter x hunter while I would scoff at her and mention the name hosoda mamoru.
