I was neutral to her before HF, seeing as how she barely gets any time in the first two routes and I didn't buy into the whole "hurr durr she's a slut" hivemind. After HF I like her quite a bit: more than Rin but less than Saber.

I was pretty neutral towards Sakura before HF, but still found her annoying. She just seemed weakest and most worthless of three heroines.
Then in HF she was way too whiny. Nevermind the slut-part, tits or even her being lame yandere, those could all be good. Sakura just had bad personality.
