Pretty sure Rika and Evil Eye Sigma aren't stonger than Mima but who knows
Gengetsu is most definitely stronger than LLS Yuuka according to the game at least
Grimoire Alice might be stronger or as strong as Shinki
Winged Marisa and Double-gohei Reimu seem to be stronger than Vivit (not VIVIT)
Flandre is probably stronger than Marisa
Yukari is most definitely stronger than Yuyuko but Ran isn't
Mokou and Kaguya are of similar strength Eirin might be stronger than both
Reimu is probably not stronger than Eiki
Kanako supposedly defeated Suwako (or reached an agreement) but some characters say that Suwako is stronger
Koishi may be at the same level or weaker than Utsuho
Nue is most definitely not stronger than Byakuren
Mamizou was called in to defeat Miko so it's likely that she's either as strong or stronger than her
Raiko is a powerful tsukumogami but she's probably not as powerful as Shinmyoumaru
Hecatia is certainly more powerful than Junko
Okina is stronger than anyone in HSiFS, even the protags, it seems
