I always felt like I was missing something. It's just bouncing shapes. It bored me to death and I couldn't play the game. Does something come to and start making it more interesting later or do you play different minigames or what?

It's just a basic old-school type puzzle (might be the wrong word) game. It's just the pure challenge of not losing and trying to balance and match everything. If you haven't ever played a game like this before or don't have the attention span for something that simple, I can see how it could be boring. I think the second mode with the round things is more fun though.
