I disagree. I even tested it out myself. I started out the day watched 3D shit and felt kind of bad about it afterwards, then I watched some hentai, but it takes forever to get to the actual sex parts, then I just fapped to some 2D loli pics and that was pretty fun. When I was done with all of that I went and watched some regular anime and to tell the truth I enjoyed it more than anything else I did that day.
