Silent Sinner in Blue is a poor comic. It's headed nowhere and takes its sweet time getting there. So far it has been about seven issues of preparation for eventually possibly doing something someday, followed by another seven issues of Invincible Moon Bitch standing still and shrugging off what anybody tries to do to her. It's quite possibly the most boring depiction of danmaku fight ever.

Chen hasn't been seen in SSiB yet I don't think. When all seems hopeless, Yukari opens a gap and Chen comes to the moon. The intention is for Ran and Yukari to say a final goodbye to Chen and to let her know that she's finally free from being a servant.

Moonbitch blocks Yukari from being able to reopen the gap to send Chen back home and then proceeds to beat Chen senseless. Ran gets suppa pissed off and unleashes all of her kyuubi/tenko/whatever the fuck mystical power nine-tailed foxes have in folklore and kills the moonbitch and blows half the moon up.

Yukari tells Ran that she has finally overcome her in power, and now Ran can use the power of gaps as well. With her new power, she gaps everyone back to safety, but not before she gaps Nitori in to place a nuke on the moon and blow that shit up.
