Battle Moon Wars wasn't very reasonable with power distribution. For instance, Nanaya was absolute murder if you went against him head on, while Caster was pretty easy to kill. It's a parody game, after all.

Kotomine has his Keys and fake martial arts for one attack, and his Angry Manjew tentacles for another. Most bosses only had two attacks, anyway.
