Getting a rare, high power girl is a fun coincidence/bonus. I would be more than ok with getting a low level monstergirl. What I want first and foremost is to go on an adventure across a fantasy world which ends with me married to a 10/10 cute monstergirl that loves to share in that adventure as much as me. So, if we're being fair, then my only requisites are that it can't be one of those species of monstergirls that stay put in one place forever. And also no lolis.

Getting a lilim/dragon/lich/wight/etc. would just be a fun coincidence. I would only prioritize them heavily if getting married to one of them leads to potentially greater and more fun adventure before we decide to settle down.

It's not that hard, the only real difficulty is finding an unexplored tomb and then getting into it alone. In fact, I'm pretty sure you just discovered the only way you could potentially ntr yourself in the MGE world. Hiring a bunch of dudes to guide you to your dream monstergirl instead of actually manning up and going to find her yourself.

As for "how long it could take them to wake up", I'm pretty sure pharaohs wake up as soon as a human gets near their tombs.
