Nevermind, there's a ton of text at the bottom that says the same thing and can be run through Google pretty cleanly. Apparently rarity only determines how big the panel is, but the character you get will be level 1 regardless and characters themselves have no rarity, so you basically just pick a girl you like and go for the best panel you can get for them. There are 10 girls to pick from in the gacha.

One of the seven sages that fought the ultimate final boss 1000 years ago, alongside the first hero and the first flower knight Phos (hence why there's a Phos Bride festival). That pest is now split into three smaller, weaker pests, Nidhoggr (thousand-legged centipede) and what may be Hraesvelgr and Midgardsormr (hinted to be a thousand-winged moth and thousand-headed earthworm). There's presumably one sage for each nation, he/she is the Banana Ocean representative.

He was probably inspired by Kirk's designs, since the mansion they found the whaleship plans belonged to Kirk (I think world 34 is the story you played last?)

Other ruins in Spring Garden are also associated with the sages, like Phos' plain, Eda's forest and Dain's ruins, which is pretty neat because these names were mentioned far before we knew about their significance. Whoever handles the plot in FKG has to be commended, things like raid boss names hinting at megapests are either a master class in planning ahead or equally impressive talent in making shit up as you go.

We weren't shown it, but after Kokoro's event it's reasonable to assume that the young Anna and Prince's first sexual experiences were with their adult counterparts. Since Marronnier is an archeologist, maybe she'd be a geologist instead?

She's like some of the other recent plats (Aquamarie, Belphe, Shelt, Lychnos etc.), with a strong kit that borders on overloaded and wouldn't look out of place in earlier blacks. However, that kit also conflicts with itself at multiple places, since her skill doesn't cut her HP (unlike her father's, so you have to let her get damaged to activate CK passives) and her SAW makes her unhealable (so if you want her to tank, it has to be off-skill, but you can also use this to hit attack thresholds). All of this makes her something of an on-hands unit that you can't just deploy and forget, if you want to get the best out of her.

If you're willing to jump through these hoops, however, she's a Dark Knight on the cheap and her immortality enables interesting "revive under something dangerous and instantly pop skill to burst it" tactics (her skill timers do reset while she's recovering). Think of her as a physical Shiena who can be played more aggressively, in exchange for taking more attention to reach her DPS ceiling, which is not at all bad since Shiena is on the upper rungs of the plat ladder to begin with. Also note that she wants SAW and AW2 to really get going, so you may not want to invest these resources in her if you have higher-priority units.

You main deficit seems to be DPS, you'll have an easier time if stop worrying about healing and play much more aggressively (Saria can probably shoulder all your healing needs by herself, feng shui are great for this map if you have some raised). Things like the camel riders and salamanders hit hard but are extremely squishy, they'll croak the moment someone like Nanaly gets a salvo in. You can also deploy your dancer to make the map much easier, Miyabi can tank Phenex by herself with SAW and Nanaly/Elizabeth can solo it very quickly as well.

First form Phenex also lacks instant regen at level 10 (this only comes in at 15), so high DPS will also let you bypass the "must oneshot everything" rule. Lastly, consider swapping Keraunos title for Hecatoncheir to oneshot tougher stuff, but watch out for camel riders whittling you down through your 0 defense.

Phenex has no AoE, it's single target (not the only misleading effect in the game, the worst offender is Kurama and her fireballs that deal single-target physical damage). Even if it had AoE, Miyabi's SAW would stop it since AoE effects don't kick in when the main attack is blocked.

Kanon, Gloria, Farne, Frederica, Minerva, Shino, Prince with Hecaton/Behemoth titles and so on. Assassination also helps a lot, especially against the Zarams. As a last resort, you can also bring a lot of high-block units (Grace, Hibari if you have her raised, even soldiers in a pinch) and just tough it out until Nanaly and Elizabeth do their job.

I was mostly talking about the first form, though, which is a bit more lenient at level 10. At level 15, the first form also gives instant regeneration, and everything in the map has to be killed with a single hit (or you can just cut the Gordian knot and burst out Phenex itself).

Just for me personally, I don't always feel that a longer skill uptime alone is always a good thing when you can effectively have periods where you're on the last 8 or so seconds on your skill and there's nothing in range for it to affect so you'd much rather want it to be on its cooldown period instead in preparation for a later wave.

1) Game lacks pve content, there is no reason to do anything other than mat grinding that has no variation of difficulty.
2) Arena now revolves around whoever has limit breaks for their strongest characters, and also the fact that eclair still is a terrorizing unit without lb. Even jenny isn't that good unless limit broken.
