so /jp/, I enjoyed the Higurashi animu, and I'm interested in Umineko after reading the wiki entry of it.

How do I get started (did a kind soul uploaded the VN on rapidshare/mediafire?), and how many of it were translated thus far?

the game has 4 arcs all of them are question arcs just like higurashi

that is the translation group, they are working very hard and have finished 3 out of the 4 arcs.
have your computer set to moonspeak, it needs the jap regional language to work.
