I think WA3 might be my favorite, along with the first game.

WA5 starts out slow, but it gets quite good once all the bad guys get in on the plot. The music is awesome as well.

Wild Arms 4 had the most 0/10, would facepalm again, plot ever. It had absurd levels of talking about love, friendship, teamwork, never giving up, and the future EVEN FOR A JRPG, talking about it at every sickening opportunity; and halfway along the game, the theme of "adults suck and are evil, and teenagers are the way of the future" somehow sprung up.
