I can't unlock extra in this game no matter what. I've gotten a good end with all of Marisa's shot types, but the extra stage never unlocks itself.

What I hate most about shmups are enemies that just fly into you. It's good that the fairies at the beginning of SA stage 1 and extra can't collide with the player, but hyperactive Chen in StB is really annoying.

That's because the player's bullets extend behind the hitbox.

I was running into this problem, looking at the directory gives you some clues.

First off, rename your CtC folder as th_dnh. Next, point the patcher to the folder your CtC folder is in. In your case, you'd only point it towards D:\

It should patch the game fine afterwards.

When I patched it, I had a folder named Concelaed the Conclusion, with Danmakufu itself inside it and everything else inside its folders. Or something like that.
I think you need to have a 'manual' folder, and some stuff inside it.
The best download location would be at #moe, as it's the game's image and has everything.

Downloaded it off from doujinstyle a long time ago, but it seems there's something wrong with my version since the music doesn't play at all even though there's a bgm folder.

CtC, patched fully, with spellcard practice, and the songs work, etc.
Please note that you might want to change the thc options because I set them pretty low because my laptop isn't that powerful to play this game without lag. Aside from that, everything should be working fine.

So, what are the exact requirements to unlock extra?

I downloaded a Bin + Cue of CtC earlier today. patched it, and added spellcard practice.

I 1CC hard mode and received ending 2 (Good End 1), but extra is still locked.
