a. there isn't any court case involving bōryokudan and AV afaik
b. when the biggest yakuza group split up and some major gang war erupted in 2015, AV production wasn't affected
c. even when the internal yakuza files from the tokyo police leaked in 2007, there were no suspected links to AV afaik
