1. Primer on where to find translated VNs and recommendations on where to start. Same for Touhou games.
2. Board etiquette, including the proper use of sage, acceptable emoticons, when to use google, and condensing of threads.
3. Ronery solidarity. This is somewhat controversial, but at the very least it should be clear that all posters should be treated as male and that "normalfags" arn't welcome.
4. A list of bookmarks. This is self-explanatory, just put the sites a /jp/sy should know, like Tokyotosho and Hongfire.

That's everything I can think of at the moment.
