pretty much all of UFO is good upbeat shit.
MoF also hits that sweet early 00s aesthetic especially with The Gensokyo the Gods Loved.
I also like Kagome Kagome ~ Cinderella Cage as it has 10/10 eargasm use of ZUNpets especially if you get it in good ql.
Withered Leaf is neat because it syncs with the gameplay well. Speaking of that, once I actually found EoSD stage 4 really hard because I ""desynced"" from the stage song (which was my favourite for some time), as its nifty to determine when the book section ends etc
Also I always dance to Centennial Festival for Magical Girls. If not for some gritty parts, it'd be an amazing soundtrack.
If I had some musical education I'd write in detail why I like ZUN's music.

She's a Tumblrite snowflake. Her "extensions" often cut portions of the track or fail to flow properly. The music quality on some of the videos is fucked up. Lately, the pictures she has chosen for LoLK, ULiL, and HSiFS have been inexcusable.

If you were talking about Wind God Girl then a longer version exists on the Bohemian Archive in Japnese Red CD. It has beautiful piano segments.

I like how "different" to me Zun's music sounds like. I can't exactly explain it, it's probably "otherworldly" but still somehow very familiar.

I need to admit that Beloved Tomboyish Girl was the first I listened to, and it is still one of my favorites.

His music makes me kind of wish that I had some musical skill myself, so I could express myself in the same way.
