This is my first time on /jp/

I come to you seeking help. I don't even know if this character is Japanese but do any of you know it?

It is on a T-shirt with a picture of a cockroach.

i googled this. apparently this "clannad" manga has a character called "nagisa"? fuck, if thats what the shirt means i will have to stop wearing it, no offense to you guys if your into that stuff. thanks for the help

i see your point but in case you hadnt noticed there are a lot of boards not related to japanese culture at all

so is there some website where i could look this up that wouldnt take forever reading through lots of characters? like something where you draw it and it figures it out. i know such things exist for other purposes
