Going just by what I know from the Tsukihime VN, it's not really clear what happens with Ciel after Roa's death.

She seems to keep a degree of her supernatural strength in True End, although she's most likely not immortal anymore.

But she seems like she has a fair deal of clout within the church. Being the the Burial Agency and deciding to go off to deal with Roa all on her own.

But since killing Roa arguably reduces her effectiveness, who knows? Either way, wherever she goes, she's definitely taking Shiki with her.

Just think of yourself as having been caught by a mean spirited upper classmen.
