What's with these ridiculous cringeworthy haircuts?
How do they expect anyone to take them seriously?
How do you even make your hair look like that?
Why do only nips and koreans do it?
Just what are they thinking?

This may come as a surprise to you but not everyone in the world likes the epic fade with a comb over haircut that makes you look like you're going to hit the gay bar later tonight.

In some places being pale is attractive, while in others being dark is attractive. There is no universal sense of beauty, each culture has their own unique standard.

You are trying to make it sound like a 50/50 split when we all know black women are the least desired globally. Bodily proportions aren't all that subjective either, as the ideal female proportion range people perceive is pretty much the same as it's been throughout all of our history, and it's relatively similar across most cultures across the globe. "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is just a dumb meme.

i think he was referring to tanning. for example in korea being vampire white is desirable while in the west only goths want that.

other examples different cultural standards: asians like straight eyebrows while westerners like arched ones, koreans like those puffy eye bags while westerns try to get rid of them, etc.

hairstyles like these are just something they like. OP's example is kind of poorly maintained though. it makes sense when you know what their beauty standards were historically before western influence, like flamboyant kabuki actors being the rage in the edo period.

Quit applying your primitive western standards of fashion to easterners.
