It's a doujin roguelike that is extremely steeped in otaku culture as well as referencing other roguelikes and video games. It has a lot of stuff you can do to the point you can just fuck around and lead a normal daily life while being slowly turned into a horrible mutatnt by your corruption disease. Also there's lots of wrong sounding(and sometimes more than just sounding) stuff you can do, due to the nature of the game to not have distinctions between who you can do what to.
