Dating Sims are generally considered a subset of VNs, which is a catch-all term. But yeah, there isn't much dating sim talk, mostly because the games we have are pretty old, like Princess Maker 1+2.

Ah, good old MMF. I usually give up on those games when I run into unexplainable bugs. (I had a game with a bungee rope like in worms, but after the first time you used it, you could jump twice as high for the rest of the game... wtf?)

I actually began on a VN engine once in it, but figured it was re-inventing the wheel compared to just using one of the existing VN makers.

Since people bumped back my thread, here goes nothing...

Is there anyone interested in joining me? Even if they advertise that MMF as non-programmer friendly, I'm still finding it all too hard to understand.

I don't really mean to turn this into a 4chan project like Katawa Shoujo to avoid the eventual shitstorms. I did post this here, however, with some hopes of finding a weeaboo programmer. It's going to be hard to work with normalfags, should I find help outside of 4chan.
