What does /jp/ think of this long running series by arkatopia? It's called Utsushiyo no Yume wa Gensou no mama ni, roughly translated as "Dreams of the present remain as illusions". To not spoil too much, the main plot is that something very serious happens in gensokyo, requiring the cooperation of everyone.

Posting this since I really want to talk about it with someone. I love everything about it. The artist is very talented and the story seems to be well thought out and planned, given that the trailer video already has the plot points in later episodes.

Actual spoilers:

So if I am correct, the plan is to keep the entirety of Gensokyo in the gap dimension until they can find the real world Hakurei shrine and "bring it back in alignment" with their own Hakurei shrine, right? It is still very confusing. How will that fix things?

I don't know if it was planned by the artist or anything, considering how heated Marisa got on the first episode, but when they got reanimated in hell, she was the first one to ask how long they were out and she was the only one of tne four to have an anguished reaction. Maybe it's because she had a family to leave behind. Or maybe she just loses her cool way too much in this series.

Unfortunately, no. The artist has also explicitly stated that he forbids youtube reuploads, whether or not that includes subtitled versions is something I didn't ask yet.
