I guess you are right here, although before they acquired common skills that have put them on the top of the food chain, they would have a hard time dealing with predators. Well, unless they have had something in them right from the getgo. What would that mean then?
Oh and by the way, if we assumed elves evolved just like himans did, how close is the relation between those speices? Maybe there is not and the differences in those are caused by a different origin?

amazon.jp doesn't ship adult goods outside of Japan.

That being said, you can get dolls from European specialized shops at reasonable prices, especially smaller ones like the one pictured (cheapest I've seen so far was around 600 EUR). Some are also listed on European Amazon sites, usually a bit cheaper but as a direct import from China (customs, etc).

Treating elves as deer would be interesting, but it'll take significant extra homebrewing to work out the problem of suspension of disbelief at the incredibly unlikely scenario of such distantly-related lineages arriving at enough morphological and molecular closeness to both easily pass as one another and produce viable hybrids. The problem only arises because this sort if thing is brought up in the first place. If it's not explained players will just make assumptions but once you go down this hole they'll start trying to fuck around in it in other contexts too. A good GM has to decide whether his cervine elves are worth the extra work it'll take to continue being a good GM with their inclusion in the campaign. Unless it's planned to be significant to the storyline or part of a completely original homebrew setting I'd probably leave it out to be honest.
