I did everything the readme told me to. But the menu and everything is still in japanese!
Only the starting menu seems to be translated.
What did I do wrong and how do I fix it?

I've seen this problem before.

Don't close the batch installer until it says the installation is complete. Many close when it stops doing anything, assuming it's finished. It can take a few minutes and it might have a long pause.

But the instalation does finish. It even shows "Instalation finished" and the staff credits.

Maybe its the way I answered the last question about deleting the RAR to clean up space? But that cant be it as I tried twice answering Y to one and N to another.
Im quite puzzled.

I followed everything on the readme.
The only abnormality was that after I specified that I wanted Hard subs it asked me if there was a file called "npa_backup" in the Chaos; Head folder.
I answered "No" and a window with "Windows cannot open this file, please select a program to open it etc. etc." inmediately popped up (note this was before the instruction to "click cancel in such windows" apeared).
I clicked cancel and "Acces Denied" and 0 files have been moved apeared twice in the batch window. then a series of errors apear about how the system cant find the specified route.

Yest I have the full winrar version. It works fine as I have already pasted the files from the batch into the folder.

Add to that that it cant find the specified file. UNRAR.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command.

Then it asks me "Deleting RAR and extraction files to clean up space" I answer Y.

Enter staff credits.

You're on Vista, no? I had thr same problem. Move the Chaos;Head folder to your documents. Vista needs verification for moving files that are in the program files folder. Move everything to My Documents and run the shit again. That worked for me.
