Dont you think most male Anime protagonists are lame?
Wouldnt it be cooler to have animu stuff but with more western/ american/ european heroes ?
It would be like the perfect love child.

I did a Collage to illustrate my idea
+ i think modern animu stuff has not enough mecha

I think your suggestion would lead to a massive clusterfuck, and i also don't think you know about Shot Weapon.

The less western influenced anime is, the better.

Children of Ether lol.

>> No.17939272

why do you think this idea itself, even if well executed, would leave to a massive clusterfuck?

Why is western influence bad for animu stuff
(or the other way around)?

I mean: do you really like the typical generic harem dudes?

Though one note: The Anime shool Trope I actually like because it adds to the harem bishoujo theme in a good way

i do not Claim the Pictures are from me, the Collage contains of designs from galaxy fraulein yuna, jean girauds arzach and rahxephon (with broken wing Looks awful i know)
Tracing was Kind of pointless for new collages I will only put Pictures together

it helps me to develop ideas (at least that is what I hope)

The cultural and thematic bases for most of this stuff is widely disparate and consumers are better catered to with imported media.

Putting the generic critical rationalization aside, I don't think you've got that good of an idea as to what's there on offer if you're making a complaint like this. As for why a waify, lame mc is so prevalent, it sells well. Once indigenous tastes change, we might go back to an age populated by kenshiros (or worse).

You also mentioned vice versa, so as for americans, its boring as fuck and alienating for a general audience, which is why shit like Edge of Tomorrow ends up looking the way it does. I think we have yet to see a show or film to captivate enough of an audience here for any exec to consider it, and that includes Your Name (since they decided to rape it)

what is irritating me is that even in webcomics you often have bishoujos, but i NEVER saw kenshiros or arzachs or other strong male leads.

you might think the alienated american audience would make their own Kind of Comics without for example the weak hero tropes.

But most webcomics even from male creators have feminine looking bishounen who are very Young and passive
(at least the ones i read and i read some).

Do you really Thing this idea would be that bad for webcomics or a nogo?

I dont read webcomics, or even know what subset of webcomics you're talking about, so I can't really say anything. Most webcomic authors are usually pretty amatuer, and are prone to aping stuff they like when they lack a purpose driven thematic use or art direction for a planned character, which *might* be driving what you're seeing. Take my uninformed opinion with a grain of salt.

Perhaps because they are nerds. Shounen type heroes are exactly that, things kids like.

maybe that would be a new Chance.

I would like it to come back from work, going to the pc and then checking new webcomics with bishoujos and masculine Heros.

They would be not that professional, but if they at least existed it would make me happy.

I started drawing a Comic but unfortunately the proportions of the characters are good but the poses very weird /bad

>bishoujo+french and american male comic heroes= cool innovation?

So you want The Commando to take place in Italy huh?

Can't really tell much because i mostly used a model 32 ASR (which were harder to break for some reason) and senility has blotted out the rest of the memories.

do you know some online community who could be into a bishoujo/ masculine male hero hybrid Thing?

Because I really love tsunderes, magical Girls, robo cuteys, yanderes, shools with lots of cute Girls in them but on the other Hand i love French Comics like metabarons, arzach, hermetic Garage, gypsy and american Comics like Nexus, invincible, green lantern, hulk, John carter, the Alan moore stuff etc.
