honestly, i probably wouldn't recognize her at first, have no idea who it was, and assume it was a stranger. then i'd think 'why is this female asian stranger at my house, ringing my doorbell, and looking so happy? she must be going door to door, probably selling something, or looking for signatures. why was she standing so close though? maybe she's crazy or apart of some cult.' then i'd think that she's probably friends with a friend of mine, and that it must be one of my good friends for her to feel so comfortable acting so silly at a person she has never met's house. two people (girls) come to mind, but i haven't talked to the one in years, she is pretty reserved, and mainly knows fob asians (who i assume wouldn't act like this). that narrows it down to one person, a person who knows i'm learning japanese. aha! that's why she made her asian friend ring the doorbell. it also explains why she's standing so close-- to hide my friend behind her.
feeling confident that i've made sense of the situation and that there's nothing weird going on, i'd open the door, get on the floor, everybody walk the dinosaur
